Gary Johnson might have gotten caught up in a bit of a hullabaloo with the FBI. As the paragon of kindness that he is, Gary wanted to spread joy to Joe Biden by sending him a cake. But as we all know you can't send cake in the mail, so Gary sent a package with all the ingredients to make a cake to Joe. Sadly, Gary forgot to send flour, so he sent an envelope of flour. Apparently the Libtards at the FBI hate random unmarked packages of kindness filled mysterious white powder.
